Importance and consequences of relationships in the life of a team or a company
Definition of assertiveness
The characteristics of the assertive person
The different relational behaviors (passivity, aggressiveness, manipulation, assertiveness)
Self-diagnosis of one’s predominant relational behavior
Dealing with the different behaviors of your professional environment
Identify the obstacles that prevent you from positioning yourself
Day 2
Formulating constructive criticism
Dealing with constructive and non-constructive criticism
Formalize a constructive criticism in writing
Setting limits: knowing how to say no
Daring to make requests to express a need
Positive signs of recognition: giving, receiving, refusing, giving oneself, asking
Duration: 2 days
