Leading change: how to support teams
This training aims to provide managers with a methodology and techniques that will allow them to manage these transition phases with flexibility. Participants will learn how to facilitate the appropriation of the change by their collaborators and to understand and accompany resistance. Emphasis is placed on crucial communication during these delicate phases: how to communicate at the right time with the right means and the right messages, how to develop one’s leadership by communicating more effectively. We will also discuss how to create and improve innovation and performance processes, how to adapt to the profiles of our collaborators and how to use pedagogical supports and tools.
The objectives of this training are to allow participants to understand the mechanisms at work in change and to identify the motivations for change, the obstacles and the fears that are linked to it.
Secondly, they will learn to develop their ability to adapt to any new situation, to prepare and then lead a change management process, to know how to communicate, to build and use their network.
