Welcome to the second part of our courseware for Microsoft 365 Visio, Microsoft’s diagramming application. Microsoft Visio has taken diagram and flowchart designing to the next level and streamlined the entire process. It has the tools users need to arrange complex data and numbers, and turn them into easy-to-read flow charts, floor plans, and much more. It accomplishes this with a wide range of templates and icons that can be used to create a visual explanation that will be easy for an audience to understand.
This course is intended to help all users familiar with Microsoft Visio to get up to speed quickly with Visio 365’s more advanced features. We will cover different features of the interface, show users how to print, cover some common usage scenarios, provide instructions to connect drawings to outside resources, and cover the some of the more advanced formatting options found in this latest edition of Microsoft Visio.
Note: This course is written for the desktop version of Microsoft 365 Visio.
